Buyer protection
The vault
Craxxles never sells slots in a toy that's still sitting in someone's flat. The item comes to us first, gets authenticated, and only then does the craxxle open.
- 01
Submit
Host lists the toy with photos, condition notes and reserve. Nothing is public yet.
- 02
Approve
Craxxles reviews the submission and sends the vault address; the host covers inbound postage.
- 03
Ship in
The host ships the toy to the Craxxles vault. Buyers still can't see or buy slots.
- 04
Verify & go live
We authenticate, weigh, photograph and seal it. Only then does the craxxle open to the public.
Held in escrow
Slot payments are held until the winner confirms delivery.
Authenticated
Every intake is photographed, weighed and checked against the brand's release specs.
We ship it
The toy leaves our vault fully insured once the winner has covered shipping.
Who pays shipping
- Inbound — the submitter pays. You cover postage, tracking and insurance when sending your toy to the claiming admin's middleman address. No prepaid labels are issued.
- Outbound — the winner pays. After the draw the winner is invoiced for shipping (and any customs or duties) before the toy leaves the vault.

Start the intake — once an admin claims it you ship it to them at your own cost, and it lists as soon as it's authenticated.
